Blend

A blend should taste like the same product every time.

Send the sample, or send the brief. We build to the profile and hold it there, so the next shipment tastes like the last one.

Where no reference tea exists we build the blend from a written brief. Describe the cup you want and we will develop it and send samples until it is right.

Send a tea you already buy and we build to it, evaluated against your sample rather than against a description of it. It is the quickest way to change supplier without changing your product.

Holding a profile from one season to the next is the hard part, and it is the part we do. Once a blend is signed off, keeping it there is our problem rather than yours.

Packed for the way it will actually be sold, and labelled for where it is going, so it arrives ready for the shelf rather than ready for rework.

Loose, sacked, cartoned or retail-ready — we pack for how the tea will actually be sold. Tell us the channel and we will tell you the format, or pack to the one you already use.

Your name on the pack and our line behind it. You can put a tea product on the market without owning a packing operation to do it.

We pack and label to what the destination market requires. Tell us where it is going and meeting those requirements is ours to handle.

Commercial quantities against a grade, for blenders, packers, distributors and traders. You buy the tea without having to buy the sourcing operation that sits behind it.

We match what we supply to how you will use it, which is not the same as matching it to a grade name. Tell us the application and we will put the right tea against it.
